Can I bring a friend?
Take some time to consider bringing a friend or a family member for support. Share with your family member or friend why you are going to the doctor. Share your symptoms, questions, and concerns. If you forget to mention something, your friend or family member can help you remember your questions for the doctor. They can also be a great sounding board for discussing what the doctor shared during the appointment.
