I waited 22 days for my lens when it was only supposed to take 7 days. I just went to pick up my glasses and no one was there. They open by 10:30am on Saturday and I waited until almost 11:00am. I went home. Finally at 11:15am they answered the phone and were there. Now I have to find the time to go back before 3:30pm which is when they close.Another example of poor customer service. I won't be back.
